When Stacie decided to develop Tattoo Luv, she didn’t start with lab tests or market research. She started with conversations with local artists.
Mike Mavretic from Skin Deep Tattoo LLC in Lebanon was the first. He became our partner in development—testing formulas, providing honest feedback, helping us understand what professional performance actually means in a working shop.
We didn’t pay him to say our product works. We listened to him tell us what DIDN’T work, went back to the formulation table, and tried again.
That partnership shaped Tattoo Luv into something that meets real professional standards—not marketing claims, but real-world performance.
The Carlisle Creative Vibes Partnership
When we needed a retail partner, we chose Carlisle Creative Vibes on N Hanover Street in downtown Carlisle.
Why?

For Tier 3 Signature Artists, we provide:
- Convention and event sponsorship
- Product donations for client gifts
